Executive Bio

Lisa is a senior executive coach, facilitator, and expert in leadership transitions. 

 

Having spent decades working and coaching at the top of global organizations, she has developed an innate and deep understanding of the pressures, challenges and opportunities that come with leadership. Her mix of curiosity and strong business insight enables clients to make significant shifts in their leadership and successfully navigate challenging business contexts. Lisa guides leaders to be authentic, embody their values and leverage their purpose and passion for activating and mobilizing their organizations for impact. 

 

Lisa’s wealth of experience operating globally in matrix organizations and across various businesses, functions, and remote locations was gained throughout her career in notable companies including Johnson & Johnson, General Electric, VMWare etc. During this time, she successfully built people strategy, managed large teams and enabled countless leaders to build confidence and create a following over the years.

 

Prior to this, she was the Global Head of Human Resources for Leadership & Talent Development for Johnson & Johnson, including the Human Performance Institute. She led the global strategy, drove innovation and purpose to accelerate talent, democratize development and build organizational capability. She was also the Head of Human Resources, Asia Pacific, Johnson & Johnson Enterprise and part of the Global HR Management Committee. She shaped the people & talent agenda in partnership with the business leaders, led the HR Function and community and drove HR functional transformation to be more customer-focused, digital and data-oriented with efficiency and effectiveness.  

 

Before Johnson & Johnson, she served in senior leadership roles within Healthcare, High Tech, Logistics, Industrial and Government sectors. Lisa is a non “HR‐careerist”, starting out in Sales & Marketing before cutting her teeth in Human Resources at Intel and General Electric.

Lisa believes in redeeming work and workplaces through growing Leaders and Leadership. Leaders who are comfortable in their own skin, who embody their values, purpose and passion to make an impact and who have the Leadership skills to align, activate and mobilize their organizations

She is a certified coach (CPCC) and graduated from the National University of Singapore in Computer and Information Sciences. She is married with two children, enjoys ballet, baking, and reading and is a self-proclaimed KDrama fan.
